  • theSnackers is a monthly subscription service with an assortment of the snacks across the Asia country which currently from (Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand) to be delivered to your door step.

  • YES. When you decided to place an order, we will automatically sign you up as member. During your next visit or purchase, just click on “login” and place your order, that simple!

  • YES. Just by clicking the “Send a Gift” at our page and fill in the receiver delivery address.

  • We receive a huge variety of different snacks from Asia country. Therefore you will never know what you are going to receive for the each new month. We will pack your box with most delicious snacks from the Asia.

  • We are providing 3 different sizes for your choice as below; however we are only accepting the Original Box order currently.

Shipping

  • We are currently ship to the following countries: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United State of America. If your country is not listed, you may contact us info@thesnackers.co to arrange an exception request.

  • theSnackers are shipped by monthly basis in date of 14-16.

  • theSnackers is using the local postal services (POS MALAYSIA). Once we received your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery address, tracking number and the shipping date. The estimate delivery is around 3-5 working days for the local (Malaysia) order. For international order please refer to the Delivery Schedule, due to customs clearance and local delivery time, please allow six (6) weeks before inquiring about your crate.

  • If your box is damaged when it arrives, contact POS MALAYSIA to file a claim. Meanwhile, you also can contact us at support@thesnackers.co with evidence/pictures, and we will help look into the issue.

  • If you not received your box, please be advised to check on your tracking number. If your tracking number says has been delivered, we suggest first checking with your neighbour. If you still cannot locate your box, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. However, if your tracking number says it has not been delivered, please note that delays can happen for many reasons, most notably weather. If you are receiving an international delivery, please note that customs can cause delays and take longer than expected. Billing

  • No. All coupon codes are only for one time basis and with expire date on it. We reserve the right to cancel your account if we suspect that there has been coupon abuse

  • You will be charged immediately for your first subscription, then you would be charged in your renew date. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you will be charged by monthly, for the one time gift, you will be charged once.

  • Just by login to your account. From there, you can manage your personal information, payment information, shipping address and active subscriptions.

Others

  • We are not able to substitute items for individual boxes. Please be aware that some products are manufactured in a facility that also handles peanuts, gluten, wheat or other common allergens. If you have severe food allergies to common foods we suggest not to order theSnackers. WARNING: If you do have any allergies, please read the ingredients carefully if any. If you are unsure if a product contains allergens, please DO NOT EATS that product!! Please eat at your own risk. theSnackers will not be held responsible for any allergy related incidents.

  • Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to accept returns on snacks. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your box, please contact us feedback@thesnackers.co and we will gladly read your feedback as we are always trying to improve our service and experience.

  • We are sorry to hear that. If you feeling not satisfy with our snacks, you may send us a feedback at feedback@thesnackers.co. Alternately you may cancel the subscription at any time if you choose to. However we do our best to find the most delicious snacks for you.

  • Free box review is by invitation only. However if you wish to receive a free box for your social media review, you may submit this Form to us and meet the free box review requirements in prior. Note: theSnackers only offer Original Box for sponsored reviews.
